| • | All payments are handled by Chengdu Tinglan Meeting co., Ltd. Normally the e-invoice for the registration fee will be sent to the attendee's email address 3 days before the workshop. |
| • | The refund requests will receive a full fund minus the processing fee and possible loss. Processing of the refunds may take over 30 days. |
